i try to insert a new simcard to see if i get the sms with the number but i dont receive anything i have tryed +316******** and also 00316*******
but no sms that the card is changed what can be the problem

Arnold,
As soon as the phone is switched on, WIMP checks the IMSI (The SIM card serial number). If the IMSI is different from the one it was installed with, then it defines it as a rogue SIM and it will send a mesage to the dedicated number you have specified in settings.
A few things to check:
a: The number is correct (I'm sure it is)
b: When the phone is switched on, does the GPS light come on on the phone (This should happen as soon as WM has started)
c: Make sure the IMSI is not registered as safe in the list.
